SWS: BOUNTY OF THE WEEK: No Disintegrations!

This is a 4-part series of the hack Bounty of the Week by Rich Rogers, myself and David MK. As part of the ongoing shared-universe of Star Wars Saturdays on the Open Hearth, players are welcome to bring back existing characters from previous games or create new ones. Continuity is comic-book style and canon will never get in the way of a good retcon. Any existing BOTW characters can bring over XP and advancements (within reason).

This will be a playtest of the Team Playbook rules adapted from the Codex of Worlds supplement for MoTW released in 2023. Your team has come together for mutual profit (and perhaps more) under the license of your local Bounty Hunting Guild. You'll take jobs from the Bounty Board and seek out the scum and villainy of the Galaxy, delivering Justice or Revenge depending on who's paying the bill. This game will be set during the early days of the New Republic, in the wake of the Galactic Civil War. Beyond the Core Worlds, Imperial Warlords carve out territories of their own, pirates prey on the innocent and criminal syndicates exploit the chaos of the Empire's collapse. There's plenty of danger amongst the stars, and plenty of credits for a group of skilled hunters.

Content warnings for violence in the milieu of the Star Wars series. The tone will be in line with The Mandalorian but may verge into Andor territory as much as high adventure. The Open Hearth's Community Code and safety tools will be in use.
