Bluebeard's Bride is a feminine horror game inspired by the folktale of Bluebeard. In it the players play different aspect of Bluebeard's new bride, who can go anywhere in the castle in her husband absence, except one room. We will be playing the Dark Carnival playset, where the bride is the new star of Bluebeard's dark 1950s circus, exploring circus tents instead of rooms.

In this one-shot we'll play the game from start to finish, creating characters and then maybe shortening it a little bit if we're running out of time. Taking at least one break, but maybe more if anyone feels like it.

The game's themes include multiple kinds of abuse and body horror, but it's possible to leave some of it out, and we will be using safety tools: X-card, lines and veils, open door policy, so the content can be tailored to a degree, but it's a horror game.
